These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropClips ("PropClips", "we", "us"), an AI real-estate marketing platform operated by AegonLabs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PropClips.
PropClips turns property listing details and photos into social-media captions, story cards, and short video reels using automated and AI tools. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time as we improve the product.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PropClips. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
PropClips offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro), billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method the applicable recurring fee.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain access until then.
We may change prices or plan features. We will give reasonable notice of any price increase, which will apply to your next billing period. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Each plan includes a set number of stories and AI reels per month. We may apply technical limits (for example, a maximum number of images per reel and per-clip length) to keep the service reliable and costs sustainable.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits, overload or probe the service, scrape it, resell it, or use automated means to generate excessive requests. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that do so.
You retain ownership of the listing details, photos, branding, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant PropClips a limited licence to store, process, and transform Your Content solely to provide the service to you (including passing it to our AI and media providers to generate your output).
You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload, including property photos and brokerage logos, and the right to market the listings you submit. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with your MLS rules, brokerage policies, advertising laws, and fair-housing regulations.
AI-generated captions and videos may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing and for its accuracy, legality, and compliance. PropClips does not guarantee any particular result, reach, or engagement.
PropClips, its software, design, and trademarks are owned by AegonLabs and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our brand or software except the limited right to use the service as intended. Reels generated on the free plan may carry a PropClips watermark.
PropClips relies on third-party providers including Firebase (authentication, database, storage), specialised AI service providers (caption, voiceover and video generation), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Your use of the service is also subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
PropClips is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AegonLabs and PropClips will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AegonLabs and PropClips from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using PropClips and delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
