When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile information. This is required to provide you with the service.
We collect the property listing information you submit — including addresses, prices, descriptions, and photos — solely to generate your social media content. We do not sell or share listing data with third parties.
We automatically collect information about how you use Propelio, including pages visited, features used, and story generation events. This helps us improve the product.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number. We retain only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status needed to manage your plan.
Your listing data is passed to our AI model (Anthropic Claude) to generate captions. No listing data is used to train AI models or shared beyond what is necessary for generation.
We use your email to send transactional messages such as sign-up confirmation, password resets, and subscription receipts. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Aggregated, anonymised usage statistics help us understand which features are valuable and where to focus development.
We share data only with the third-party services required to operate Propelio: Firebase (authentication & database), Anthropic (AI caption generation), and Stripe (payments). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or listing data to any third party for marketing purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Propelio and its users.
We retain your account data and generated stories for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual stories from your dashboard at any time.
If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your profile, listings, and stories within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
We use industry-standard security practices including Firebase Authentication, HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and Firestore security rules that ensure users can only access their own data.
While we take security seriously, no system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
We use only essential cookies required to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
You can view and download your stories and account data at any time from your Account page.
You can update your name and email from your Account page at any time.
You can request full account and data deletion by emailing us at privacy@propelio.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
If you are located in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. Please contact us at privacy@propelio.app to exercise these rights.
Propelio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of Propelio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
